Parc is a wonderful French Bistro. The outdoor seating directly facing Rittenhouse Square is wonderful when the weather is nice. The restaurant is absolutely huge and it's generally never an issue to secure a table for a reservation. I LOVE steak tartare and they make an excellent one. Another menu standout for me is the tuna carpaccio.
