My 2018 Pacifica has been at the dealership for a total of about 4 months with a 'service shifter' issue. They have done many things to my car, including changing out the shifter but a week later the 'service shifter' warning came on and my car would not move. You can have the battery loaded tested at many national chain auto parts stores for free. No need to waste time at the dealer unless the battery is covered under warranty.You need to let the radio go through a complete sleep cycle after it looses power. Just turn the ignition off, open a door to power down the radio. Wait about 5 minutes and turn the ignition back on.
