Let's say for example that we have 140 stamina at our disposal, that means we can do only 10 runs of 7-10 and 12,72 runs of 12-8 (ofc 0,72 of a run isn't a thing, it's just math mumbo jumbo for now)

I think 8-9 is the most efficient in terms of stamina, it’ll give you the most bang for your buck. But 28-2 is WAY faster, it also has a higher chance to raise links than 8-9 so it’s better for level 8 and 9 links, it gives blue incredible gems too. I just run 28-2 at all times now. But if you’re very patient then run 8-9.

Always keep an eye on the baba shop as it usually has training items for sale, if all you want is to level up the character but not the links then 27-3, if you want links too then 23-8.
