I think Apollyon is appropriate when the question of "containment" is irrelevant because the event (will be something like XK class) has already happened and there is nothing left to containment or prevent. Many Keter SCPs could technically be reclassified as Apollyon if the failure to recontainment goes beyond a point of no return.
