The stitching is white and all original — the belt loops are in good shape. It is marked with the Bavarian crown over the roman numeral III.1942 should be the correct year. I think 1943 was the last year for Luger production, although some were probably assembled from spare parts later. I don't have my books to check if a "ns" no suffix block was made in 1940, but on the way from the "z" block back to the "a" block there is a no-suffix block.
