Steel path is a good place to test out weapons I consider to be too powerful to use in normal missions and see if my build holds up or not. I also don't have to wait 2 hours to get there. You have to replay 1 round of each duviri mode to completion. As in kill the worm in story and spiral mode and 1 round of regular circuit. Then it unlocks steel path again.
