A9S is the best way to farm and there's parties up all the time. i just farmed all 10 runes today. a9s is 64 - 98 light per run, so 1 h of grind to get it all done. for you, maybe 15 mins top :D. You can do level 50 dungeons solo for light now. Brayflox HM and Haukke Manor HM are probably the fastest ones.
