Honda accord 2003 wont start

2. Last week, I went to start my car in the morning and it wouldn't immediately start. After cursing a bit, I held the key for ~10 seconds and it fired up. I drove home (30 min drive), turned it off for 15min, and started it again by holding the key for longer than normal. This was the first really cold night of Fall.

Honda accord 2003 wont start. Replace the batter where it is. It isn't a battery issue. The battery is good. The vehicle had water damage and is suspected to be stuck in a gear. But it can't be investigated any further because it won't start….it's like it glitched and is stuck. It's hard to believe there is no way to manually override this.

2000 Accord won't start, all of a sudden. I have owned this car since new, and at 283K miles, it finally broke down, luckily in my driveway. A mechanic friend of mine said it could likely be the fuel pump, and suggested checking the fuses first. I pulled the 15 amp fuses for both the fuel pump and cruise control and they both looked good.
