Basically you can have a number of property runs equal to the number/level of your potency rune/s. A weapon can have 1 potency rune, +1 to +3. It can also have 1 striking rune. Finally it can have a number of properties runes equal to the value of the potency rune, so a +3 weapon can have 3 property runes. I love the Rune system they have for PF2.
