So I've been going to gym for around 3 months now and have went from 15 lb curl to 30 (comfortably) and have seen a significant increase in strength across the board, though I think it's begginer gains. I tend to really push myself when I go then take 2-3 rest days but I feel I'm hitting a plateau when it comes to training.
