This is the reason there are med/leth hybrid specs, in an attempt to make up for the problems with the spec. /shrug dont take my word for it. Go pvp it till valor fifty. Pug it. You have to throw in a bunch of basic attacks to keep it up, but it does get better as you gain levels and passives. My max level Lethality Opeative never runs out of energy, even on long boss fights.Ruff/Leth is 3rd simply because it's less fun to play than Scrap/Conc. Serenity/Hatred is first because I enjoy it the most. For PvE I'd bring a Scoundrel/Operative probably, for self heals and roll. I haven't PvP'd in a bit, but Scoundrel/Operative I heard does better (word of mouth for what it's worth).

IMO, Operative. Both of the Operative DPS specs are some of the best DPS specs around, tho severally underplayed in PvE. Concealment is pure single-target melee, while Lethality is dot focused and a bit more range. If you want to go Snipe, Virulence is the most played in endgame ops, tho I find it kinda awkward for day-to-day adventuring.
