Just studied it all on repeat. Practice NBMEs. As many as possible. You can look up what organ systems make up the highest percentage of the IM shelf, and allocate your study time accordingly! TBH, after buying those practice exams, I don't find the NBME explanation super helpful. Most of the time, they give you a 1-liner reason for why the answer is right and then repeat that 1-liner in the "concept to learn" portion at the end of the explanations. If you are expecting UWorld level explanations, the NBMEs won't provide that.
