This tool is great! About to start playing my dynasty after simming the first 4 seasons to get to 2017 and used it for recruits and draft declarations the last two years. I can get the dynasty tool to work no issues. Can do the players leaving and player progression. Having issues with the utility tool for playoffs. It’s asking for admin credentials. Im using work laptop so that is preventing me from being able to run it. The playoff tool works with vanilla NCAA 14 and Revamped and any console. If you want the easiest path PC would be the way to go but PS3 is easy as well. Haven't seen anybody do it on Xbox so I can't share any on that. You have a 4 and 8 team playoff to choose from and you have to do it EVERY YEAR and you can select any teams.
