Again, my character is a KI Blast build, so if yiu want a strike build get a QQ Bang that gives points to strike. In total this build gives me: Health: 2.33 ish bars. KI: 6.75 ish bars. The extra bar of ki won't be super important since your QQ Bang + 42 should give you 9 bars, which is plenty.
