When I open the VRChat SDK window the only option I have is "Clear Cache and PlayerPrefs". I have no idea what to do at all. I checked all over the web for a fix but I found nothing. Earlier I used Unity 2017 to make my model and everything and all worked, I was even able to publish my Avatar but when I tried to publish it it wouldn't work.
