Just change the numbers to fit your bars and place it on the menu bar wherever you want. To make the right arrow that hides the changing bar is just: /hotbar display 6 off. Then you repeat the proccess using different bars to copy them to your "changing bar" and place the macros in your menu bar.

In order to hide the UI for a screenshot, I have the keybinding at it's default (scroll lock). The only problem though is it simply doesn't work.
