hello! I took math 1B when we first went into lockdown so it was a bit different back then. The material regardless was no doubt difficult. if you’re in the adjunct, I would rather focus mostly on the lecture, focus on your primary work, and then supplemental if you have time and energy. you don’t wanna burn out.

A lot of premeds who don’t take the 10 series, take Stat 2 and say its pretty easy (especially compared to the work load of 10B). However, I did have different professors than who is teaching the fall. I would still recommend Math 1A, if you can find where to fit Stat 2 in your schedule. In the end, it doesn’t really matter which one you take.
