To me the issue is there theres a far greater chance of phys gems dropping over solid fire, bolt, or arcane gems. Im finishing up NG4 and Ive spent most of my time farming Loran and Isz chalices for Waning and Triangle gems (of any kind really). Ive ran milkweed rune and all of the eye runtuned for an item discovery of around 439.
