If you can organize a team able to kill Ogre in Caer Lyon in one turn (quite possible), I'd lean that way. If you are farming alone, working on the regular mobs is probably easier. Evil magma peas drop from most of them mobs that drop couch potatoes (I've gotten a few from ghultures). There's also some bosses that drop them. I believe I got one from a random Avalon boss.
