These new consumable items will allow players to transmute 4 Rivens into a new one. Now, while I never touch Rivens myself (I just throw them away for more Endo), I can't help but scratch my head at ... I just recently got my first riven transmuter, and it made me think if there is an item like this then something I rather prefer would be a consumable that would lock a stat down. I tried to think about DEs money making part and if and how rivens play into that. So keeping that in mind, the item that can lock down a stat could also be sold at the shop for X amount of plat.
