I am currently leaning toward the Certum 3. I looked at the Velo 4 but I would rather have the ability to customize a wedge if I need one. What I like about the Certum 3 is its simplicity, it comes with DCC clips, an integrated camming bar (with slight height and size adjustments), and Tenicor's warranty and return policy.By Carry. It worked just fine, even though it has a rounded trigger guard. The Velo conceals extremely well. The Velo comes ready to accept an optic, threaded barrel or suppressor height sights.I have the velo 4. This might be a hot take but I think hindsight I woulda bought the velo 4 for the 48. The 43x velo feels a little too short for me, the extra length would put the kydex wedge in a more comfortable spot for me than basically my hip bone.

It can contour around the holster better, so the pressure on the camming bar seems to be more significant. It also just generally prints less because the bulge is less noticeable, less of the hula hoop effect around your waist. A bit more comfortable, works well with the Tenicor mag holder. The Tenicor isn't custom so it ships quickly but you don't get color or other random choices. The company has a bunch of videos on youtube that show they've put a lot of thought into the design. I prefer the Velo4 though, the design covers the length of your slide, allowing for a cleaner/dryer draw. Expensive, but reliability is more important than saving $40-50 on a cheaper brand. I’ve been running several Tenicore Velo 4’s for going on 5 years now. I have one for a G34, a second for my edc G17 and their Malus Sol for a Modlight/G19-17. I usually use the Tulster because it’s a single clip vs the stealthgear’s double clip. If you have a belly and need a appendix holster, vedder light tuck with a neoprene wedge or get the tenicor.

The Tenicor Velo is a great EDC option for my 43x 🔥🔥. You spilled your ammo. I think the craftsmanship and design of this holster are top notch, as I mentioned, I also own a T1C Axis and this is definitely on par. 10/10 would recommend.
