Remove and empty the waste drawer and place back in the base unit. Remove both the bonnet and globe, place the bonnet only back on the base and press reset. With nothing touching the base aside from the control panel buttons, press and HOLD the EMPTY & RESET buttons for 5 to 6 seconds or till the red light flashes fast, then let go of the buttons.
