As bonus - it's help to store some weapons for specific encounters, like minguns, EMP grenades. And use only mending mod version that require resources to do mending.

Rimsenal has some great looking power armor, I haven't used most of the Rimsenal stuff yet, but the vanilla expansion submod has some pretty neat stuff.
