MOBCOP. Has anyone been successful coming on orders through a posting on MOBCOP while in the IRR? It happens all the time. Irr soldiers are better for the gaining units because there is no chain of command that needs to concur. I have brought several IRR Soldiers on Orders through Tour of Duty.
