Unfortunately, the only way to add traction to the CZ P09 is with some sort of grip tape or by having the gun stippled, which is a permanent (and expensive) alteration. When comparing texturing, CZ P09 falls short vs. the Glock 17, which just has a much better texture when you’re looking at the Gen 4 or Gen 5 variations. Problem with the P-09 is the long grip for the long 19rd mags. Carry a P-07 and the big mag as TightBlueSweats recs, that's my plan. I also like the P-09 feel in hand. But the P-07 can feel just as good with the larger backstraps.
