Perhaps, the longest wait I’ve had here in NYC so far is at Clinton Street Baking Co. Here lies the BEST pancakes the NYC ever has, so they say. So I’m willing to wait 2 and 1/2 hours just to check if all the reviews are just true. When it comes to pancakes, I seriously the cakey ones that make your mouth full of flour when you eat them.
