I don't think Octavia is OP in the sense that she crowds out other warframes. She does everything pretty decently and with minimal investment. It depends on your wants and needs and your definition of OP. For a low-investment frame that can do 90% of all content solo, Octavia stands out in my opinion.

I try slow methodical crouching and spamming the crouch button like a madman but whatever I do, it seems to only works fast about 50% of the time.
