Skyrim fastest restoration leveling.

IIRC the leveling is based on damage dealt so the more damage you deal the faster you level. there's not really much you can do in the way of exploits specifically for destruction but if the leveling is based on damage you could try doing a restoration loop and getting some fortify destruction gear so you do tons of damage and thus level quickly.Dont hold down Flames, spam it repeatedly to apply the burning effect and save Magicka. Higher spells level it faster. Your going to have to focus on Magicka & gear to actually cast a lot. Make sure you use the right elements vs enemies. Dont use cold vs Undead, fire vs fire breathing Dragons, etc.Skyrim is a huge game and you have to spend hundreds of hours to fully explore the map and discover every side quest.
