I had the same problem when upgrading both of my Wyze Cam v2 to firmware version 4.9.9.172: initial setup works until reboot, then camera gets stuck flashing the yellow and blue LEDs forever after a reboot. I already had both cameras on a separate VLAN that was 2.4GHz-only. So my problem had nothing to do with having a dual 2.4GHz/5GHz WLAN.
