DECKER, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — Emergency railroad crossing repairs are causing a road closure in Decker. According to the Knox County Central Dispatch, INDOT announced the closure for State Road 241.INDOT said the ramp connecting northbound lanes of U.S. 31 to eastbound Interstate 465 on the south side of Indianapolis will close Friday, Oct. 20 and Saturday, Oct. 21 so crews can paint the railroad bridge over I-465. The closures will begin at 8 p.m. before reopening at 8 a.m. the next morning.
