SGS is good for specing to improve efficency at bosses or slayer. ZGS is good for pking as it is essentially an ice barrage. BGS is good for boss monsters because it reduces defense of target (note that DWH is just plain better), and AGS is good for pking because it hits like a truck. SGS is also ok, but most of the special is wasted in that it doesn't restore 1:1 like ancient mace or overheal prayer.But it all depends on how you are slaying. If you are afking alot of tasks with prayer on then a tort would be better. If you are tanking tasks and dont want to spend money supplies then sgs is better.
