I had a look in ThemeMaster but it only seemed to update the themes that already came with ArkOS. I alternate between the 2 by swapping the OS sd card. In general I find Jelos more intuitive and easier to navigate. Arkos gives me much more performance for Dreamcast, unparalleled no matter what I do on Jelos.
