@PJsBuys @lu81fitter Sounds like a similar issue to what I have been complaining about for a while. If either of you have followed my posts, I have noted that this new CSERN (or CLMRN or whatever it is called) network is weird. The version of the database that is from RR does not work on either my SDS100 or my BCD325P2 from home, even though both of those scanners are able to receive p25 systems.clmrn has one repository available. LCD dispatch is located at theTorrington FD HQ. at least that’s where I see an antenna structure that I believe is used for both CLMRN and the separate VHF frequencies assigned to county FD’s. Next door to HQ is the old firehouse, now a brewery, that sells specialty brews.

Uniden BCD996P2, Uniden SDS200, and a Unication G5 Pager. With the exception of the G5, I’ve tested these units out in vehicle with a PCTEL 7/800 NMO antenna on my roof.sefrischling refuses to accept the fact that simulcast distortion with the BCD996P2 on CLMRN can be a problem. He insists that it can't be since a mobile with a 996P2 parked outside the firehouse works fine. A 996P2 inside the firehouse with a rooftop antenna is dead where the same model works fine at another firehouse with a rooftop antenna.Rebanding was done long ago in 2011. This is simply a new system with many new frequencies. It is simulcast so if you are in an area where you can receive two towers on the same Cell, you could experience issues distortion.Also remember this new CLMRN or CSERN or whatever you'd like to call it has only been fully online for about a week, I'm sure frequencies could change and even new fill-in sites may pop up as the kinks are worked out of this system.
