Honda grom pro taper bars.

I'm looking to put bar end mirrors on my Pro Taper Seven Eigths Bar, but the inner diameter is 1/2 inch. I bought 7/8 inch adapters (I assume this fits most bars) but they are too big. My question is do they make 1/2 inch bar end adapters or is there another viable option? Not looking for standard/traditional mirors. Thanks!!Pro Taper Take Control ... I have the Honda Minis on mine. Looks wise I like them, and I've had no issues with them hitting my knees. I'm 6ft, with regular inside leg. The only issue I did have was the clutch cable got pinched between the frame and the bottom yoke. My OG had pro taper bars when I bought it, I didn't realize they weren't stuck until I saw other Groms. I found the others more comfortable but didn't care enough to revert back to stock. Until I flipped it over and bent the handlebars. So I replaced them with stock. Mostly because they were cheaper, but I'm glad I did. I'm more comfortable now.
