Yes, I got VTO TWICE during Peak for being a good little Amazonian even though VTO was blacked out, and the black out on VTO is what caused the confusion. Between ERC making lame attempts to keep applying the VTO, and in house HR cancelling it, I ended up -17 UPT for about 4 weeks.Just explain you received VTO and from what manager. HR will verify it with that manager, fix the mistake, and refund your UPT. It happens a lot. It'll be ok.
