Poor management, unqualified staffing, disregard for safety. Two Ponds was my place of employment for a decent time. During this time I saw mistreatment of employees over and over again. From lack of training, employee on employee abuse, verbal threats from management, over working/misutilization of staff, wage gaps, and more.
