That transducer will convert the movements of the steering wheel into an electrical signal you can run wires to a rack that came from a car that had drive by wire. Use the existing housing and try to find a camera that will match lenses. Or hollow out the existing factory camera (separate part from the housing) and "pot" a new camera in its place.
