They bought the bakery in 2018 and continue to grow the business each day. Steve’s father Ed Hobbs has been the senior baker here for over 15 years (started with previous owner). Steve and Ed are the master bakers behind the scenes and are working on passing along the family trade to Steve’s three sons, Austin, Carter and Gavyn.
