Turn off the switch (be sure to have autoRCM enabled) Move the SD card to a PC. Copy the .nsp files to a "sdmc:/games" folder on the SDXC card, Transfer the SDXC card back to the console. Turn on the Switch. Boot Hekate. (if not done already) Set Hekate to autoboot Atmosphere.

I don't really recall now because it wasn't even my switch, but I think I just, as the commenter said, ooened Hekate, tapped on emuMMC, and somewhere found that it said "disabled" and then clicked to "enable" it.

You should not be using an emuMMC unless you have an ipatched Switch on 4.1.0 or you are actively using online play. A friend brought me a switch lite with that problem. Luckily I had a working Switch lite of my son. I took Boot0.bin and Boot1.bin from my lite switch and overwrote them in the broken lite switch. Problem solved.
