2001 Polaris Trailblazer 250. When I first bought this ATV it had not run in a year. I cleaned carb, got a new battery, it had spark. The quad would just crank without every hitting. Then after weeks of messing with it, one morning it hit right away when I tried it. I easily got quad started and it ran for a week.

May 2, 2009 · Posted May 6, 2009. You may be getting fuel, just not enough. First try tapping on the side of the float bowl with the handle of a screwdriver, you may just have a stuck float. Then try draining the tank and the carb, start with fresh gas. Then make sure the fuel petcock and fuel lines are clean and clear.

If not, then the port size on the cylinder is about the same for all the small singles so get an adapter for 325 engine.
