Go to retail, works fine. Use repair tool on WoW classic, get the whoops something broke error, then try to repair again, same thing.
Open the Blizzard Battle.net desktop app. Select the game that is having the issue. Click Options and select Show in Explorer. Open the folder for the game experiencing issues, then open the Data folder. In Data, open the data folder, and delete every .idx file.
