I had the same issue one time but I just took the time to back track through Sens Fortress. To get back to there you have to walk back to where the wing demons drop you off and "Talk" to the demon there. The faster would be to defeat the bosses of Anor Londo and acquire the Lordvessel, which allows warping between bonfires.
