If I did a radiant quest for a settlement, I'd use the power armor stationed there to complete the mission. This round though I'm leaving everything at the red rocket settlement. Pros. You feel invincible. Also there's heavy weapons perks that need power armor to activate. IMO it also looks cool, but function over form which it also has as its damage resistance and reduction are good. Cons reduced mobility also there's annoying slow animations for falling and exiting.

In every single FO4 run I had at least one frame on display with each kind of armor, sometimes even every possible paint job for each armor. I feel like that would be fair, since the armor would be "bound" to the workbench, which takes up your building budget, so it shouldn't add a ridiculous amount of strain to the servers.
