2011 nissan frontier vdc and slip light on

The ABS, VDC and SLIP dash lights occasionally come on, stay on sometimes up to 200 miles or overnight, then go off for no apparent reason. When this happens, I can tell that the ABS and SLIP functions do not work while braking and accelerating on icy roads, so it's not just an indicator light failure.

It's not supposed to be used off-road. They turned them off in under 5 minutes, it was free and i didn't have to wait. they did it right away.
