Imperator Vandal needs less aim, can be used on mobs, has IPS so after its shields back up you can maybe get a quick shield phase using the Imperator before switching back to your main weapon. Its alot more flexible imo compared to the Velocitus.The Velocitus is a pretty old weapon and although its sounds aren't bad, they're not quite as meaty as more recent additions like the Stahlta or Corinth. I'm not the biggest fan of how that naval railgun sounds but I would like to hear a deeper, more intense charging sound and a nice echo after it fires.

A fantastic quality-of-life upgrade for the Velocitus would be to increase the brightness of it's projectiles. They're very hard to see and this makes tracking them difficult when trying to shoot at enemies from long distances. Just the projectiles though, the barrel flash and projectile trail are fine as they are.
