With that said, if i were you and is aiming for cheapest (but confident enough) to run said game at 4K 60 fps then any 13th gen intel CPU would suffice theoretically as they all have higher clock speed (4.5 GHz) and higher number of cores (8 minimum IIRC). So, this is interesting. I updated to the beta Vulkan driver and rebooted. The framerate in BOTW is lower than before, just around 33 fps. BUT, other games I've used when checking FPS like Odyssey, Link's Awakening, and Bowser's Fury run better than before. They were already mostly 60 fps but would occasionally jitter when rotating the camera.

On ryujinx, probably not. Nor yuzu. 60fps is something that needs more finely tunes than the current mod is able to do. It's mainly why cemu is the recommended experience for botw. That got alot more focus from modders to make it the ideal experience. Runs better too. Switch botw should only be played if u want to know what totk is gunna run like.
