I've seen posts about the "purple screen" with a request to disable adblock, but I've never had it on IP addresses of countries where Twitch shows ads. Maybe devs of TTV ad-block fixed it... I've been using this extension, and I get the purple screen varying between infrequently and every ~10 minutes, even on channels that don't regularly play ads.
